Brender Canyon Vineyards (BCV) Wines

In 2006, eight years before purchasing Warm Springs Inn, the Szmania family bought a 20-acre historical old farm and pear orchard homestead that resembled the Bavarian countryside. Two years later, the family planted 29 rows, each a football field long, of Sangiovese, Syrah & Merlot wine grapes. They thrived in fertile soil, TLC and lots of hot sun. Our first harvest in 2012 had wines produced at Patterson Cellars in Woodinville with the support of talented winemaker and mentor, John Patterson. BCV wines are now made in small batches on-site at Warm Springs Inn-from harvesting, to crush, fermentation to aging and bottling in Wenatchee.

BRENDER CANYON VINEYARDS

Proudly serving our recently 2022 Silver Medal Awarded "Merlot 2018", this classic single-varietal Merlot with flavors of dark fruit, hints of black cherry, candied raspberry and violet is a perfect companion for any time of the year. Pairs beautifully with a cheese platter.

Medium-oaked four-grape red blend including some rich Porteus Cabernet Sauvignon, it was named for our "INNcredible" new B&B endeavor. Bursts of dried fruit flavors, spice and vanilla round out this garnet-hued wine. It's a pleasure to "INNvite" you to drink. Medium-tannins & acidity; flavors of baked red fruits.

Silver Medal-2015 NCW Wine AwardsAs the story goes, it came from all our farm's 29 rows! Estate blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah vinified with a backbone of Willard Farms Cabernet Franc adding firm structure to this smooth medium-garnet wine. Neutral oak in the winemaking lets the fruit speak for themselves.

Medium-bodied with hints of cherry, sun-dried plum and subtle vanilla. A pop of Cabernet Franc blended into the Merlot adds a floral and Eastern slope good earth notes. Only a few cases left!

Seductive, deep ruby-hued body. With a spicy nose and earthy palate, this Merlot-focused red blend with 12.5% Tempranillo has just the right amount of juicy raspberry and dark cherry fruit flavors to balance the leathery, oak undertones. No phobias here! It's ready to drink now or let this tasty red age for another year or two.

This mouth-watering, medium dry red is the 1st made completely from crush to bottle with estate grapes at Warm Springs Inn & Winery. With complex acidity and tight tannins, subtle notes of wild berries, pomegranate, and oak, it beautifully compliments meats to pastas with creamy sauces. Slightly chill in summer! Prince, our peacock mascot, graces this photo label as we bottled the week he mysteriously arrived on the Warm Springs Inn property.

Sangiovese 2012

BCV ESTATE "LIBRARY" WINES

Sangiovese plus some estate Syrah grape blend is balanced by Willard Farms Cabernet Franc. Light-medium bodied with soft, fresh cherry flavors and a slight hint of warm baked vanilla. Easy-going acidity and gentle tannins. Syrah and Cabernet Franc add a hint of ancient orchards on the palate.

Fruit forward with notes of ripe dark cherries & hint of strawberry. Well-balanced acidity. Enjoy with any meats & delicious with asparagus and salmon.

This juicy, medium to full bodied red has a lovely flavor. Spicy and smooth undertones and even floral notes.

Diversity Merlot – Bronze Medal – 2023 NCW Wine Awards

In honor of our own family’s PRIDE and inclusiveness, this garnet-hued varietal has flavors of dark fruits and violet with undertones of vanilla and herbal notes. Low tannins lend themselves to this medium-bodied red.

SZ House Red 2022

90% Syrah/10% Merlot Estate grapes grown with a subtle note of dry spices like clove. Tastes of dark fruits – baked plums & cherries, with a hint of oak.

Rubi Reserve Port 2022

Rich, gem of a red, naturally fruity dessert wine with a buttery Caramel feeling. Fortified wine, 19% alcohol, meant for sipping at the end of a wonderful day.

this is a popular crisp, white wine with lively acidity, hints of apple and citrus – a true summer staple with grapes from Horse Heaven Hills AVA in WA.
