Our Midweek Elopement Wedding Package offers the following services:

  • One-night stay for the wedding couple in the beautiful Garden Bridal Suite with dressing room, elegant mirrors, cotton robes & slippers, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, King-size bed, seating area
  • Mimosa Breakfast with custom, hot gourmet foods the next morning working with most dietary requests
  • Indoor and outdoor wedding sites from which to choose for a 90-minute ceremony and bubbly toast/reception for up to 10 guests
  • Bridal Bouquet & Boutonniere by a professional florist
  • Traditional 6″ Wedding Cake with wedding topper, bakery made
  • A bottle of Sparkling Wine or Brender Canyon Vineyard estate wine
  • Set-up and take-down by our service staff
  • Planning & vendor assistance from our professional on-site coordinator
  • Two ceremony witnesses, if needed
  • Free on-site, convenient parking
  • Rehearsal options if needed
  • Additional overnight rooms may be reserved for guests (priced online by room)

Total Package Cost: $2,995 (plus 8.4% sales tax and 20% service fee)

Midweek “Elopements” may not be scheduled more than 90 days in advance. Holidays are excluded. All reservations are subject to availability or rate changes for high-season dates. Please contact us for more information.

Our Intimate Wedding Package offers the following services:

  • Summer Outdoor (winter indoor) wedding sites from which to choose for up to three hours in the Riverfront dining room or by the large gazebo and optional ceremony by the river.
  • Use of entire grounds for one hour of wedding photos before or after ceremony
  • Complete set-up and take-down by our service staff includes all tables and chairs needed with white linens. You supply and place your own decorations and flowers.
  • Local vendor contact list. Event planning services available for $500.
  • One-hour rehearsal options in days prior to wedding
  • Free on-site convenient parking; overnight parking available.
  • Complete sanitizing stations throughout the property
  • Six beautiful suites, with private bathroom, luxury linens, toiletry, cotton robes, slippers and more. Breakfast included.

Total Package Cost (plus 8.4% sales tax and 20% service fee):

  • Midweek: $2,995 up to 30 guests – 1-night minimum stay
  • Weekend: $3,650 up to 30 guests – 2 nights minimum stay

All six suites: $1,750 per night (plus 10.4% sales tax)

If overnight stay is night before the wedding, check-out time is 11 a.m. Wedding should be completed by noon. If overnight stay is night after wedding ceremony, check-in time is 3 p.m. and wedding should be late afternoon.

Food & Beverage Catering

We have partnered with Szmania’s Catering in Wenatchee for on-site full catering service. Tailor-made menus with PNW sourced ingredients for a complete culinary treat. To get more information on menu options, please click here.

All beverages, including Beer, Wine, Spirits & non-alcoholic selections must be supplied by Warm Springs Inn for all events. Licensed bartender service is included.
