WSI&W Exclusive Wedding Package Highlights

Venue Services:

  • Friday-Sunday reserved exclusively for wedding accommodations including the option to reserve six luxury suites with private baths for a two-night stay during dinner rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception, and daily breakfast service.
  • Access to lovely manicured gardens and grounds designated for photography, outdoor ceremony and reception until 10 PM.
  • Multiple outdoor ceremony locations to choose from with gorgeous riverfront and rolling mountain views.
  • Reception available for up to five hours, beginning after ceremony. More time can be arranged for additional service charges.
  • Professional event staff included for setup and take down during ceremony and reception.

Amenities:

  • Up to 300 comfortable white resin chairs for wedding ceremony
  • All round 60” tables, seating 8 people each, white table linens and chairs for reception up to 250 guests—more are possible with additional rental items as needed
  • All tables for food, beverages, cake/dessert, guest book and gifts including tablecloths, skirting and three white canopies for food and beverage tables if needed
  • Custom-built covered Gazebo with polished concrete dance floor and special dance lights
  • Music/Entertainment station includes complimentary electrical outlets for amps and audio equipment
  • On-site parking available for up to 125 cars with parking attendants and easy access to venue
  • Accessible cottage restrooms include men’s, women’s and family stalls with changing table, electric outlets and plumbing. Wheelchair friendly. Public to all wedding guests.

Optional Overnight Accommodations for Weekend Weddings

To enhance your wedding experience, we offer all six beautiful rooms exclusively to you and your wedding party to give more space and time to enjoy during the weekend’s celebrations. Weekend room rates from May to September are $1,450 per night 10.3% lodging sales tax. This allows for valuable extra time to get ready, start photos, and use the living rooms to relax and congregate.  Outdoor games are welcome. A special hot, gourmet breakfast is served for each overnight guest in the Riverfront dining room. For one-night stays for the entire inn, rates are 20% higher with check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m. Maximum two guests per room.

Food & Beverage Catering

Pre-approved licensed & insured caterers are welcome with a $250 service charge, if all food is prepared off-site and brought ready to serve, staff is provided for bussing, buffet clean-up and removal of all garbage.  We do not have refrigeration available. All beverages, including Beer, Wine, Spirits & non-alcoholic selections must be supplied by Warm Springs Inn for all events. Licensed bartender service is included.

Wedding Venue Pricing

Weekend venue rental includes personal use of the Warm Springs Inn grounds, gardens, gazebos, arbors, dining tables, decorative cake and display, chairs & white linens, free parking and professional event staff.

Wedding venue rates are as follows (not including 8.3% sales tax or the cost of the six rooms):

  • 10 and Under – See our Elopement Package (indoor or outdoor)
  • 11 to 35 Guests - $1,950 - $2,750 (indoor or outdoor)
  • Up to 75 Guests - $3,950
  • Up to 100 Guests – $4,950
  • Up to 150 Guests - $5,950
  • Up to 200 Guests – $6,850
  • For each 50-guest increment (up to 300 guests) – $900 additional

To secure your wedding date, a signed contract with a 25% non-refundable venue deposit is required. Payment terms can be arranged by request.Pricing is based on a five-hour event from wedding guest arrival, ceremony, and reception end time. Time allotted for photography, decorating, set-up and clean-up is not included as part of the “event hours.” Events exceeding this time frame will incur additional service fees up to $250/hr. Intimate or Weekday Venue rental services available for under 40 guests. Please contact Warm Springs Inn for more information.
