For one-day weddings, couples may arrive at noon, and the reception concludes by 10:00 p.m. We provide two lovely rooms for the bridal party to get ready, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Wedding décor may be packed up and removed the following day between 10:00 a.m. and noon. Your rehearsal will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time, so everyone feels comfortable and prepared for the celebration.

We also love welcoming your friends and family to stay with us. To encourage guest lodging at Warm Springs Inn, we offer a room rebate that will be credited toward your bar and beverage invoice for guests who book directly with us in advance. The rebate is $50 for a two-night stay or $25 for a one-night stay.

Exclusive use of grounds and gardens from arrival for decorating, photos, vendor set-up. Up to five-hour “event time” from beginning of ceremony through reception. Longer times can be arranged.

Planning support by our Venue Coordinator for all venue related items including vendors.

Set up and take down by professional service staff are included for the ceremony and reception – additional service hours may apply for more elaborate set-ups including extra bar locations, rental items and intense décor clean-up.
