By booking now, you can take advantage of our reduced "late-availability" rates, allowing you to secure all of our services included in our intimate wedding package (50 people and under) at a fraction of our standard cost. Whether you’re dreaming of a sun-drenched July ceremony or a crisp September reception as the leaves slowly begin to change; you still have plenty of time to pull together every beautiful detail while keeping your budget perfectly intact! Our Special Wedding Special for 2026 Includes:
- 2026 Wedding Special at Warm Springs Inn & Winery (no more than 50 wedding guests)
- Friday: 1 night minimum for $3,995
- Saturday: 2 night minimum for $3,995
- Sunday – Thursday: 0 night minimum for $3,995
- Check-in 3 pm afternoon through check-out by noon: Includes full use of the Inn and grounds, including all six guest rooms for two nights minimum on weekends—including time for getting ready, ceremony, reception, and custom hot breakfast for overnight guests.
- Exclusive use of the grounds for photography.
- Indoor/outdoor receptions up to three hours in the Riverfront dining room or the large gazebo and optional ceremony by the river. Longer times can be arranged for additional service staff hours.
- All chairs and tables for reception and ceremony as needed. All accessory tables for food, bar & beverages, cake/dessert, guest book, and gifts including white tablecloths. We can arrange for rental of plates, glassware, utensils, and cloth napkins for an add’l fee.
- Close, convenient, free parking for all cars. Overnight parking allowed for all wedding guests. Free WiFi, Pickleball court, outdoor games, and river access.
- Highly trained, professional service staff are included for the ceremony and reception set-up and clean-up (except for elaborate décor).
- Event planning services by our own coordinators including local vendor support and recommendations.
- Room amenities include cotton robes, slippers, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, refrigerators in most rooms, coffee & tea service available in bar area.
